Meet RR, our resident oracle in the world of options trading and financial wizardry. With more than three decades under his belt, Raghu has been mastering the markets longer than some of us have been able to spell "quantitative."

As the mastermind behind a couple of fintech start-ups since 2015, he's been busy blending machine learning with statistical magic to whip up options-trading platforms that are both effective and fancy enough to make other platforms jealous.

RR's pedigreed journey took him through the bustling floors of J P Morgan, Jefferies Bache, and Rabo Bank in London, where he juggled multi-million-dollar volatility books like they were pinstripes on a suit. He skillfully managed the ups and downs of gamma and vega exposures with a strategic flair that consistently turned volatility into opportunity.

But RR isn't just a market maestro; he's also shared his knowledge as a visiting faculty member at Vlerick Business School in Belgium and IMT Ghaziabad in India. For nearly a decade, he captivated both postgraduate students and seasoned executives, proving that derivatives trading can be both enlightening and, dare we say, entertaining.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, an MBA in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from Fitch Learning/Wilmott, RR combines a rock-solid technical foundation with the market savvy of a seasoned trader. He's the man behind our client-focused trading solutions, and we're proud to have him steer our financial ship.

With two decades of global experience across some of the most complex trading floors and boardrooms of global multinationals, KS has done more with spreadsheets, swaps, and commodities than most people manage in a lifetime. He's built billion-dollar trading desks, launched new commodity markets, negotiated freight for a million tons of cargo — and still finds time to read option greeks like bedtime stories.

KS is not your typical investment manager. He’s a rare hybrid: a battle-tested commodities trader, a deal-structuring strategist, and a teacher at heart. Whether it's futures, forex, bonds, or branded cocoa nibs (yes, really), he knows how to break it down so you can level up.
